Sitting on the ridge at St Helena overlooking Cape Byron, this house articulates its double storey section with shou sugi ban cladding, which contrasts with the rich natural timber cladding on the single storey sections. Sustainability was the focus of this project, with all demolition and excavation materials re-used on the site.
